In most cases, once color has been selected we pre-stain all items in our shop prior to arrival. This not only quickens the installation (less cost) but helps to eleminate strong chemical smells in your home and assure the highest quality finish.

We Take Care of You
While we are guests in your home, we protect your floors and environment in every way we can.

• We protect your floors with rubber mats in every area where we work and seal off the work area.
• We use only top-quality commercial equipment to assure a dust-free, clean environment.
• Iron-smiting and carpentry are staged from our custom built trailers (exterior of your home).
• Our patent-pending technology for handrail strength, accu-measure cutting system, assures your design will be installed properly, using our unique Black Epoxy, which is custom-made to our specifications.
• After cutting and removing your old balusters, we vacuum the entire area before beginning the iron installation.
• When our job is finished, you have beautiful iron installed and your home is ready for you to enjoy your new iron.

We Are Stair Builders
Use hardware to connect Handrail & Newel joints (Rail bolts, Rail Locks, Hangers, Sure-Tite). Let's face it, guys love to use loud nail guns, but nails loosen over time.
