Terms and Condition of Sale

Returns and Cancellations:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt, we will replace the item(s) or provide a credit for the full purchase amount less any shipping and restocking charges. A “Return Authorization Number (RMA #)” is required on all items returned. Products without a RMA # will be refused. Please note there is a 30% restocking charge on all items returned. All returns of non-defective goods must be in new resalable condition and shipped to us prepaid. Any parts having been altered or otherwise modified may not be returned. Returns are limited to 30 days on STOCK merchandise. SPECIAL ORDER or non-standard products cannot be returned and are subject to return or cancellation if special materials purchase and/or production has been initiated.

Limited Warranty:
All Products sold by Stair Solution are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from date received. No merchandise will be returned with-out prior approval of Management at Stair Solutions. Improper use of products eliminates all Stair Solution Liability of any and all warranties or responsibilities for safety performance either expressed or implied, in compliance with the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act of 1975. A complete warranty statement is available to all consumers.

Stair Solution is not responsible for installation, installation instructions or any costs for installation.

STAIR SOLUTION RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE PRICES AT ANY TIME.

CUSTOM ORDERS-PAYMENTS

We accept; checks, MasterCard, VISA and AMEX.
50% Deposit is required on all custom ordered products with the balance due at Pick-Up. The Deposit is non-refundable and will be credited against the Custom Order Invoice. If for ANY REASON the Custom order is not picked up, the Deposit will be forfeited.

Freight Terms:
In stock stair parts are shipped from 1883 McFarland Parkway, Alpharetta, GA 30005, USA. Freight charges will be prepaid by Stair Solution, if for any reason the customer cancels order after it’s been shipped and in transit the customer is responsible to repay all freight charges for their cancel order.

Claims:
Claims for shortages, breakage, or damage must be made directly with the transportation company. Claims for shortages must be made within one (1) day after shipment is received. Customer must count and inspect items inside boxes at time before signing received slip from Transportation Company. Customer is responsible for verifying shipment quantity.
