• Durable CRV Material: Our 24″ bench-type hand swager is made of high-intensity CRV steel, whose HRC reaches 35-45 degrees. The CRV steel is sturdy and durable enough to ensure the long service life and excellent swaging effect of the bench type swaging tool.
• 2-In-1 Bench Swager: Our bench swager integrates wire & rope crimping and cable cutting functions. It can be used as a hand swaging tool for different kinds of ferrules, such as aluminum, copper, and steel. Moreover, it also equips 2 cutting edges, which can serve as a cable cutter.
• Base with Bolt Holes: The base is designed with 6 boltholes (3 holes longitudinally arrayed on each side), through which the bench swager can be fixed and prevented from moving when you are operating. If it is your first time to use, it is recommended to be fastened to a workbench with 6 bolts.
• 5 Distinct Crimp Sizes: There are 5 distinct crimping sizes available on our bench-type swaging tool – 1/16″ 3/32″ 1/8″ 5/32″ 3/16″. Different crimping specifications can meet diverse swaging requirements, and multi-size selection makes our swaging tool applicable for a variety of uses.
