FAKRO LMS Folding Metal Attic Stairs
The LMS (previous name LWM) attic ladder is a folding metal attic ladder, complete with an insulated MDF wooden door. The door is beige on the inside and the outside. Maximum weight load capacity: 350lbs (according to ANSI). The 1 3/8″ thick, heat-insulating wooden door considerably decreases heat loss. An outlying seal positioned in the milled part of the box provides a first-class tightness.
The ladder’s section folding system and possibility to lock the door in fully open position ensure an ease of functioning. The double hinges’ joints and stringer’s profile plugging assure ladder’s high toughness. The patented hatch hinge’s corner prevents frame deformation. The visible side of the door is smooth.
