FAKRO OWM Metal Attic Stairs

The OWM attic ladder is a folding metal attic ladder with a non-insulated chipboard hatch door with smooth paintable surface. OWM model is a very resilient 300 lb. load capacity attic ladder with features similar to other Fakro attic stairs. Anti-slip indentations on surface of each step are pressed into the treads to stop one from slipping. Door support springs come down with the door to clear entrance to the attic. OWM attic stair is a high quality ladder for common non insulated garage area.
